Chef will guide you through the twelve steps of yeast bread production and give you tips and tricks to make bread baking your new favorite hobby. Bake in your own kitchen, using your own favorite baking tools, with professional instruction from a certified pastry chef. Italian Batard and Artisan Wheat Bread are on the menu! Chef will join you in your home for a 1 hour cooking demonstration complete with the perfect blend of cooking, instruction, and chef tips. You will get plenty of tasty samples, plus recipes to repeat your favorites at home. A demo usually consists of an appetizer, a side dish, and a dessert.
